My Favorite Things This Week

Fab FriYAY Five is a weekly listing of my five favorite products, quotes, crafts or ideas of the week!  Enjoy!

(1) Kindermusik – If you are looking for an engaging and super stimulating learning environment for your children, enroll them in Kindermusik.  This Mommy-and-Me class is ridiculously fun and your children will reap benefits you would not believe.  Each week you learn new music, dances and read a group story.  Kindermusik provides you with countless take-home materials like musical instruments, books and activity pages to engage your children at home, too!  Plus, this class is a literal workout for the Mommas…SCORE!

(2) Publix Bourbon Salmon – This meal is the easiest way to get your omega-3 fatty acids and smile doing so.   You literally go to the seafood counter, request bourbon salmon and heat it for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. This stuff is delicious.  Enough said.

(3) Dove In-Shower Rinse Lotion – Confession: I HATE lotion.  H-a-t-e it.  I just don’t understand how anyone enjoys rubbing that sticky mess all over themselves.  But, let’s face it.  The alternative is rough, scaly, unsightly skin.  For years I have reluctantly slathered up in that ooey gooey mess until my dream come true arrived: IN SHOWER RINSE LOTION!  Rejoice!  You literally bathe and rinse.  Then you apply this and rinse again.  No more stickiness.  And I have to say my skin is smoother than ever.

(4) Carnation Breakfast Essentials – The perfect get-up-and-go beverage.  I am not a huge fan of coffee so this is my go-to in the morning.  It is packed with vitamins for the day and provides just enough energy boost to get you moving!

(5) God is Able by Priscilla Shirer – This is a must read.  My parents gave me this book in my stocking at Christmas never knowing what an impact it would have on my life.  The book is an uplifting and inspiring reminder of what a powerful Lord we serve.  God IS Able.  Never forget it.
